- Typical terms: 50% at kickoff, balance Net‑15 on delivery.

Payments & Refunds
Payments. We invoice via Stripe (ACH/card). Unless stated otherwise in a Statement of Work, invoices are due Net‑15. For fixed‑price projects we typically collect a 50% deposit at kickoff and the balance upon delivery/acceptance.
Refunds. Consulting services are scoped with acceptance criteria. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed criteria and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable period, we’ll issue an appropriate credit or refund for the unmet portion. Refund requests should be made within 14 days of delivery.

All consulting work is governed by a mutually executed Master Services Agreement and project‑specific Statements of Work which define scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees, and responsibilities. In the event of a conflict, the signed SOW controls.
